The final Chinese campaign starts much like a less frustrating mission in AoE's original campaign. Longtime subs will remember that i pretty much spent that entire video's description ranting about the idiocy of that mission, but thankfully this part is much simpler (fighting off the patrols isnt hard and they dont alert an army, plus there is no damned health attrition), and you should have no problem finishing it. The second part is much more enjoyable, take your time building up your army, getting to age 4 and bringing in as many shipments as possible. Your wonders should be 1k food for age 3 advance, arquebusiers for age 4 advance (this is so you get the flying crow siege units which will be invaluable in the coming battle). Surprisingly easy mission, you really face no serious failpoints after you save the villagers at the start. This part can be kind of tricky though as the game doesnt really let you know what to do and you can lose alot of your units if they should get pulled towards one of the enemy encampments during the fighting. If this process goes smoothly, begin building up, for some reason you cannot use shipments for this mission so its a bit harder than it otherwise would be but still nothing too bad, the enemy seems to have little interest in attacking you other than a small raid on your trading post after you have rescused the prisoner convoy.
